Benji Wilks
Benji Wilks is a Brisbane SEO consultant and digital publisher with more than 25 years of experience building useful online content. His work has included search strategy, comparison websites and affiliate publishing across competitive Australian markets. On PointsBet Review, Benji applies that experience to make betting information easier to understand for adult readers.
Benji’s interest in iGaming content is practical rather than promotional. A useful review should explain how a product works, point out its limitations and separate an operator’s marketing claims from the things players report after opening an account. He focuses on usability, payment methods, identity verification, published licensing details, responsible gambling tools and the clarity of terms.
How this site is researched
Our editorial process starts with public operator information and Australian regulatory context. We compare published product details, payment options and help resources, then review recurring themes in player feedback. Ratings are editorial summaries, not guarantees. Individual experiences vary with verification, bank processing, location, betting patterns and the operator’s current rules.
We aim to keep pages current, but wagering products and promotions change quickly. Readers should always check the official operator website before depositing, claiming an offer or relying on a feature. We correct material errors when credible evidence is supplied through our contact page.
Affiliate disclosure
PointsBet Review may earn a commission when a reader follows certain links and completes an eligible action. This helps fund research, writing and site maintenance. It does not cost the reader extra and does not buy a favourable score. Benji retains editorial control and will include critical feedback where it is relevant to a balanced review.
Our reader promise
This site is for adults aged 18+ and is not financial advice. Gambling carries risk, so readers should set limits and seek help early if it stops being enjoyable. Benji supports clear responsible gambling messaging and directs Australian readers to Gambling Help and BetStop resources whenever appropriate.
